Chicken and Brussels Sprouts Tray Bake
Protein-rich chicken and nutrient-dense veggies make for an easy and nutritious dinner option!
• 1/2 pound brussels sprouts (quartered)
• 2 red onions (quartered)
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
• 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
➋ Toss all of the ingredients together, making sure to fully cover
➌ Spread evenly on a baking sheet
➍ Bake for 25 minutes, turning halfway through
